Jomelop G burn balm is a specially formulated ointment for external use, the active component of which is essential oils and standard-quality medicinal herb extracts. The highly pronounced anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic and astringent effect of the preparation is complemented by the use of unrefined beeswax and olive oil in the formulation of its substrate. These carriers prolong the effect of the preparation at the application site, provide a favorable environment for the healing process, and due to their chemical composition (high concentration of biophenols, vitamins, phytosterols), affect the overall pharmacological action of phytopreparations.
operation:
This balm is intended for the healing of wounds on the skin of the face and body caused by the action of various agents (fire, chemicals, physical effects, etc.). It is used for second and third degree burns, ie injuries, where the skin is covered with blisters or is destroyed and wounds of different origin.
Ingredients (INCI):
Jomelop G is a dispersed herb extract of the last harvest in a semi-solid fatty medium of beeswax and olive oil.
Method of administration:
The assisting person must first perform a good handwashing. After washing, collect handwash with sterile gauze and disinfect using diluted alcohol (70% ethanol). The area around the wound about 5 cm wide should be cleaned with gauze soaked in dilute alcohol. Wash the wound with 3% solution of hydrogen and in severe cases (where the skin is removed) and sterile saline solution. If there are blisters on the burned skin, they should be punctured with a sterile needle and gently squeezed the liquor (fluid) out of them and wiped again with dilute alcohol. Apply a layer of balm about 12 mm thick to a four-fold sterile gauze, slightly larger than the size of the wound, with a sterile spatula (knife). Apply this prepared gauze to the wound so that the layer of balm is in direct contact with the width of the balm. In order to keep the gauze in close contact with the wound, it should be bandaged without bandage or fastened with a patch, so that it is more comfortable. After applying the balm to the wound, the pain begins to fade away and disappears in a relatively short time. After 24 hours, repeat the whole procedure with a new sterile gauze. The wound healing is narrowed and the balm coat should be restricted to the non-healing part of the wound.
