Unable to access the live view and SD card videos on APP?
After successfully connecting to Wi-Fi, turn off the cellular data on your phone, and then try accessing live view again.
To resolve the issue of not being able to view video stored on SD card, you should download videos to app's album for viewing.

1. Confirm you've downloaded correct version of Avylet app.
2. After turning on the WiFi of dashcam, return to preview mode to save settings in case you can't search for Wi-Fi.
3. Try turning off and on Wi-Fi on your phone, then attempt to reconnect.
Is it possible to save a video to a mobile phone album?
Android allows direct video downloads to the phone's album. iPhones can't save TS stream format videos in the album, so you can only download videos and store them in the album of Avylet APP. This enables easy access to videos without using data.

The screen asked for SD card, after put in SD card the screen all black. Removed SD card then turn on still black. Why?
Insert the SD card while dash cam is off, then connect it to power source using the original car charger.
Format the SD card as FAT32 to ensure proper functionality.
