We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy so if, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact us via Ebay messages. We will be happy to assist you and send out replacement right away. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, QBS cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools and therefore the item has to be returned in its original condition.
We strongly encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you believe that the item received is defective or damaged, please contact QBS as soon as possible. QBS reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.
We recommend using a tracked and signed for service as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.
Please follow these three easy instructions to return your purchase:
- Make sure the item is in original condition. We cannot refund or credit returned goods that are marked or otherwise damaged.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned product so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
- Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by tracked mail. Returns must be sent to us.
